1. 本ツールは運営者 土屋春生 個人が自分のアカウントでのみ利用する個人用ツールであり、第三者への提供は行いません。
2. 本ツールは TikTok、YouTube（Google）、Instagram / Threads（Meta） の公式APIを利用します。利用にあたっては各プラットフォームの規約・ポリシーに従います。
3. アップロードする内容は運営者自身が選択し、その責任を負います。
4. 本ツールは現状のまま提供され、いかなる保証もありません。
5. 本規約は予告なく変更されることがあり、変更時は本ページを更新します。

1. haru-publish is a personal tool used solely by its operator, Haruo Tsuchiya, on his own accounts. It is not provided to third parties.
2. It uses the official APIs of TikTok, YouTube (Google), and Instagram / Threads (Meta), and its use follows each platform's terms and policies.
3. The operator chooses all content that is uploaded and is responsible for it.
4. The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
